AHS Mare in foal to Supremat OLD - Repeat breeding

Red Robin is a 10 year old mare, registered and approved AHS. Fertile Myrtle - caught first try with frozen or fresh the past 3 years and currently in foal to Supremat OLD (Sandro Hit/Rubinstein) for a REPEAT breeding of her 2016 colt. Due May 2019 and she foals like clockwork on day 321. I am offering a live foal guarantee, please inquire for details. Videos of Robin and her past Supremat colt are on our website, www.TelosFarm.com. see the Mares and Sold tabs.

I am only selling this mare because I have kept her 2018 filly and we need to dowsize a little due to very large vet bills from a bad year. Robin is our very easiest mare to maintain, breed, and foal out, so we will miss her a lot. Stamps her no nonsense attitude on every foal.

Robin was bred by Marefield Meadows. By ES Rienzi and out of EM Dauphine (full sister to Dauphin, by Donnerhall from a FeinerStern mare.

Two words for this mare... sweet and mellow. Robin is miss reliable in the barn and she passes this confidence onto her foals. Her full sister was the 2014 National AHS Futurity Champion! She had a colt in 2015 by Supremat OLD, being kept intact and shown USDF for a stallion prospect. Her 2016 filly by Werbellin is a wonderfully correct foal, with a kind hearted temperament. Her 2018 filly by Furst Rousseau is black and elegant.

Robin could be used in either a dressage or hunter breeding program (Rienzi is a known hunter sire, going back to Ramiro Z). She is an easy keeper - Happiest living out and integrates well into the herd, middle of the pack. She allows humans to help with foaling and work with the foals from day 1 - no over-protective tendencies.

Since Robin is good-brained and not spooky, she is a great broodmare for the amateur market. All the same, her gaits are professional quality with extreme power from behind and great schwung. She has a clear, rhythmic walk and a balanced canter.

Robin has fantastic feet. They grow out evenly, thick walls and tough soles.
Please make a reasonable offer for this pair.

Telos Farm Warmbloods

Telos Farm Warmbloods, LLC is a breeding farm located in the beautiful rolling countryside of Columbia City, Indiana. We strive to produce quality warmblood horses (Trakehner and Hanoverian heritage) with excellent temperaments, athleticism and longevity. While our primary focus is dressage, we often have eventers or hunters for sale and will thoroughly evaluate each horses's potential for the various show rings. We prefer horses with calm, trainable temperaments, but still possessing good gaits and rideability for dressage, particularly the walk. Potential "keeper" broodmares are brought to their mare performance testing to achieve the elusive 'elite mare' status. Other broodmares come to our farm following a successful sport career. Telos was founded and is managed by Sarah Randolph who competed through 4th level dressage and evented through Preliminary . Her working student experience as a youth with 4* FEI Judge and stallion owner/breeder Jeanne McDonald gave her a great basis for developing young horses and choosing the right mares and stallions for the Telos program. Sarah continues to run the gamut of needs on a breeding farm, from choosing the best pairings, ultrasounding and inseminating mares, designing the broodmare nutrition program, foaling out, and then the fun part - working with the foals and young horses so they learn how to be excellent riding partners for their years to come. Sarah also begins long-lining late 2 year olds, and starts them under saddle as late 3 year olds, early 4. She works with talented trainers to help bring out the best in them, taking clinics with Jeanne McDonald, Whitney Peterson-McIntosh, and a classical focus from Lynda Weese. Thank you for reading about our program! We believe that quality should come over quantity when raising horses the right way, and we appreciate horses bred for athleticism, temperament, and longevity.
