Lovely mover with a sweet temperament, this gelding is going to be a top hunter! Started under saddle and comfortable being on the trail with other horses, Red is making progress towards being a wonderful partner for an amateur or junior rider. Natural lead changes and a darling jump. He loves to jump and often trys to "drag" his rider towards the jumps! Very quiet and simple with a good attitude and super work ethic. Going well under saddle, beginning changes, quietly trotting small jumps, brave and simple. Excellent mover. Still green so only offered to a quality home under the guidance of a trainer.
Imprinted at birth and raised using natural horsemanship principles from day 1, he is a sweetheart who will get into your heart quickly. He is good for the farrier, loads well, clips, ties, and can stand for hours if needed.
Red is by Regazzoni, a grand prix dressage athlete who has produced numerous successful hunter stallions including Ragtime and Reuben SF. The later is a FULL sibling to Red. Regazzoni was the overall champion of his Stallion Performance Test in 1994, scoring 10's in rideability and disposition, and 9 for his trot, 8.5 for his walk, and 8 for his canter. There were 54 stallions testing that year!
