Ricci was purchased in 2016 in Germany for my 12 year old student. His JR owner and another student in our program switched horses and for the last couple of months Ricci was ridden and shown by 11 year old Celeste Theriot in the FEI Children division. After this season, Ricci will be offered for sale. The price is negotiable to the right home!
Ricci has no vices, wears regular shoes, and stands for farrier/vet. He loads and travels very well. He is an easy keeper and never had a colic.
Ricci is also great on the trails and is the same at home and at shows/clinics. His current JR owner is hacking him out on a regular basis with no problems; he will go on the trails alone or in a group.
Ricci can be turned out with mares and geldings. He knows being turn out on grass. Ricci is ridden 4 - 6 times per week.
He does not buck or run if he hasn't work for a longer time. Ricci is also a great lunge line horse and goes in side-reins!
Ricci has been an outstanding teacher for my student and other students in our program over the last two years. Sadly we don't have anyone looking for a taller horse in our program right now.
