After being imported from Germany several years ago, River was cherished and cared for by a sweet young girl right here in the US. The pair have shared nothing but success on the US circuit. Together they earned multiple high point awards, breed awards, USDF Breed awards, Junior Rider Awards and regional championship qualifications. River has competed to PSG level and is a perfect mount for a rider seeking to learn and move up the levels. He is uncomplicated in a snaffle or a double bridle and has exceptional behavior in new environments including the hustle and bustle of horse shows. His trot is as smooth as you can get, and he also has the natural ability for beautiful piaffe and passage. He is trick trained to piaffe and Spanish walk. He would also make an amazing western dressage partner.

River demands attention the minute he steps into a show ring or anywhere he goes. Be prepared to receive endless compliments over his jaw dropping presence.
