Romie has been in professional training for dressage, jumping and even back country trail. He has been a willing partner each time and has never disappointed. A combination of COVID and his owner/breeder's health issues have delayed marketing this fine boy the way he should have been, but now it's time for him to leave home and make his way in the world.
Meaning: He needs to be gone before winter
Honestly I can't say enough good things about this guy. He LOVES people, he loves to work and he shows up every day with a smile on his bay face. He is an easy ride for a wide spectrum of riders; he would suit for an advanced, confident beginner but he has enough potential to be developed into a competitive mount for the more advanced rider.
While his breeding is primarily dressage, Romie loves to jump and would do well in hunters or eventing...and given his success as a trail horse (the cowboy who used him to guide dudes in the back country LOVED him!!) I suspect he would be awesome as a field hunter as well.
Romie is full bodied, with tons of bone and rock hard feet. No bad habits and not a mean bone in his body, he's ready to be some lucky person's best friend. Contact me for more info on this awesome dude....and check out the video to see his u/s work + jumping (at the very end).
