Well-sized at a bit over 16.2h, "Romance" is a lovely hunter mover who will hack in good company, and further impresses with his big, rhythmical canter step and best of all, a fantastic, easy lead change. Descending from the exceptional Holsteiner and Hanoverian jumping lines of Ramiro Z, Don Carlos and Pinkus, jumping comes naturally to him, making Romance a definite prospect for the 3' divisions with the possibility to move up to the 3'6". He also shows the potential to moonlight as an equitation horse. Romance epitomizes what is desired for the hunter ring, though he has the right disposition and all the tools to excel in many other disciplines such as dressage, eventing, or even hunting. His slow, careful start with a basic dressage foundation has prepared him well for whatever field he enters.

Romance has already started his career successfully in the Baby Greens, and is still eligible Green as well. He is easy to ride, very sensible and not looky, goes softly in a snaffle, and is the perfect mount for a junior or amateur rider looking for something to bring along and finish, but that is well started and not too green.
