Ruby is a very sweet, loving and quiet mare. She is an excellent mother and an easy breeder. She consistently produces her beautiful face and kind eye no matter the stallion she is bred to. Her foals are easy to work with, smart, athletic and good movers. Her first foal earned premium status at his approvals. She will throw chrome even when bred to plain stallions. She has an ideal pedigree to produce the modern, upper level event horse. Ruby is in the AHHA main mare book and eligible to produce registered Holsteiners. She is also eligible to be presented to the ISR/Old.

She was shown briefly in the hunters and jumpers before sustaining a career ending injury. She is sound enough for trail riding though. She was a great competitor and was very brave and a real pleasure to work with. She never complained and always gave you 100%. She gives her foals this competitive spirit and willing attitude.
