Coming from a proven cross of hunters and jumpers, it is no surprise Rue shows great form in the free jump chute!

His sire offers not only the dressage of his own sire, Formaat, he also brings to the table the jumping prowess of the Dutch lines of Consul (sire of Judgement) and Octrooi (Best Of Luck) a renowned Hunter sire in NA through his dam line.

His mother line is dressage and jumper. Latina, a Main Mare Book Holsteiner mare, unfortunately retired from a promising dressage career with injury. Her sire, Merano, stood for many years in Georgia and was well known for passing on his fancy movement and jumping ability. He has many get competing in dressage and eventing. Latina’s dam’s sire is Lepanto (aka Rubenstein) shown successfully by J. Ashton Moore to the Grand Prix level for The Hui. This mare was bred for dressage and definitely showed her ability during her career. Latina is a very modern Holsteiner mare with correct conformation and good gaits. She was scored premium on her mare inspection.
