Trinity Farm is proud to present Sacred, a 2015 filly out of Jade (Jupiter) by Sir Caletto, born April 16, 2015. Sacred is a tall bay filly with beautiful markings. Jade is a 15.3 3/8 Premium Old NA mare by Jupiter. She received the highest score of the year when she was entered into the Old NA Mare book. Jade’s 23-page USEF record speaks for itself; she has A/O and Small Junior ribbons from Indio to the Dixon Oval. She is a proven broodmare and still jumps around in perfect form at 18 years of age, finishing with her signature hack-winning trot. Sir Caletto won the 2000 Young Hanoverian Jumper Championships in Germany (including mares, stallions and geldings). Sir Caletto made a name for himself in the US in the regular working hunters with Hap Hansen piloting him to many tricolors. We expect this filly to follow in both parents’ footsteps, becoming one of the top hunters in the country.

John French, who showed Jade in some of the big pre-green classes on the West Coast has this to say about Jade:

Jade's first foal by Popeye K, Popular J (pictured here in the last two photos), inherited his mother's flashy good looks and perfect form over fences. He has been champion in the AOs at Thermal, and inherited his mother's great heart and attitude. He is currently showing a young rider on the West Coast the ropes in the hunter ring, and together they have been champion every time out.

Sacred will be weaned in August 2015. She needs to attend the Hanoverian approval in October 2015. Sacred is a curious foal with a lofty trot and the best canter we have ever seen on a foal. She jumped through a chute that was set up for our pony (not intentional!) and she exhibits every attribute you want in an absolute top quality hunter.
