Salsa is an eyecatching registered GOV mare. Bright bay with two matching hind socks, and a narrow stripe on her feminine face. She is a tall, modern young mare, perfectly suited for FEI work. She is a true athlete, and while she is bred for Dressage, she would also be well suited for a jumping career. Salsa is by the elite stallion Bugatti Hilltop (Bergamon/Rubinstein/Donnerhall) and out of an imported Ster KWPN mare, Samba (Sandro Hit/Drossan/Literat). Both Salsa's sire and dam are successful FEI competitors, and Salsa certainly has FEI potential herself. 100% sound and sane. No blemishes or vices. Excellent feet. She has excellent ground manners, has been handled daily since birth, and has been raised with other horses and is well socialized with wonderful manners. She clips, bathes, stands politely on cross ties, loads and unloads in the trailer easily, ties, great for vet & farrier, and is an overall well-rounded citizen. Salsa has three exceptional gaits that are fun to ride. She has correct conformation with a modern, uphill build, and a willing, easy-going temperament. She is very sweet and affectionate, and will be your best friend as well as a fancy and competitive partner. I planned on keepieng Salsa for myself, but my pregnancy makes it a necessity to find her a great new home with someone who will have much more time for her than I will! Salsa is a late baby (July 23) so I have gone slowly with her training, giving her plenty of time to grow and mature. She is a very cooperative, willing youngster with a naturally wonderful brain. Definitely A/A friendly, but certainly fancy enough for a professional. She is not spooky or flighty, handles new situations well, and loves attention.
