Santana's sire was a dark bay registered Quarter Horse who was an own son of the great QH Poco Bueno. Santana's dam was a liver/white tobiano. Santana's paint foals can be registered with the Pinto Horse Association of America, the National Pinto Horse Registry and in some cases the International Sport Horses of Color Registry. Sam has three white socks and a blaze. He crossties and stands for the blacksmith and vet. He has good ground manners. He trailers great. He loves to jump. He keeps a steady pace to the fence. He has great feet and requires no shoes. He was shown in two hunter shows and won the baby green championship. He has also been to several recognized Dressage shows and placed with scores of 65% and 67% in Training level. He does leg yields, laterals and shoulder In. He is good on trails.
