Hinata is a lovely young mare who was an absolute doll to start under saddle earlier this year. Unfortunately she was not able to progress past walk and trot and we just discovered that she has an old tendon injury, probably a pasture accident as a young horse, that has caused inflammation in her hind legs. She is extremely personable, not mareish or spooky, and therefore I am offering her for sale as a trail horse or broodmare, possibly low level dressage prospect if the inflammation can be brought under control. She is is by the well known Sempatico (and I see a lot of him in her) and out of a Trakehner mare by the jumper stallion Advocate. Her trot is huge and gorgeous and she would be a great choice for someone wanting to breed eventers or dressage horses but would also be suitable for a hunter or jumper breeding program. She loves going for hacks outside with a buddy so with a little more miles, this is the kind of mare who could happily double as a trail horse.
