Sire GAUDI is the first and only Totilas offspring standing in the USA. Imported in January 2018 by Shooting Star Farm, his dam is the elite preferent prestation mare Annabel, by De Niro. Bred by the Jansen family at Stable Joppe in The Netherlands, Gaudi has an exceptional pedigree. His dam also produced the KWPN licensed stallions Bretton Woods and Chagall D&R, and from these same dam line comes the licensed stallion Four Legends KS. Annabel leads the KWPN index for dressage mares. She has produced top sport and keuring horses. Gaudi was presented at the 2014 KWPN Stallion Licensing and was accepted for the Stallion Performance testing, but due to a sport career ending neck injury in training, he could not participate. He is fully approved with the AES studbook. He has a fantastic pedigree and mare line. His pedigree offers us, and other breeders, a stallion free of Jazz, Flemmingh and Ferro. In addition to his impressive pedigree, he has a fantastic character and lots of power and expression in his movement. Gaudi's extravagant movement is jaw-dropping! Numerous offspring are on the ground already and display his phenomenal gaits! Gaudi sired twice as many first premium dressage foals than any other stallion, including 3 keuring site champion dressage foals. Outrageous SSF (Gaudi x Gazania by Bon Bravour) received a score of 82 for conformation and 80 for movement, placing him in the top 5 dressage foals in North America. 2021 has proved to be another exceptional year for Gaudi offspring, winning him the first place USEF Dressage Breeding sire title, with over three times the points of the second place stallion. He sired six of the top 5 offspring in the KWPN-NA Virtual Futurity, double the number of the next most successful stallion, and his daughter Narouche ST-J SSF (Gaudi x Charmeur) became an elite mare in Holland.
