Sebastian is a big beautiful stout dappled grey with black mane and tail. He is super sweet and loves people. He is gentle enough for a child to catch and lead. He has a young horse personality eager to try new things. Sebastian’s formative training is in dressage with quite a few high end male professional trainers. He has shown well up to level 2 with scores averaging 70.3. USDF. Sebastian also has learned how to drive single and double in his past. Sebastian plays well at liberty and joins up. He has recently dabbled with working equitation and likes to ride out on trails. He will ride out with a group or alone and is not spooky. He is currently working with Kari Crawford outside Evergreen, Colorado and available to be seen by appointment. Although Sebastian has extensive dressage training and higher level movements, we are not looking for a “show” home for him. He is most happy not being pushed too hard or having the rigors of a “dressage training barn”. I am his first owner that has ever ridden him or lived and cared for him. Sebastian is content to be a family horse and has a lot of love to give. He is not hot to ride and is perfectly comfortable being ridden by an intermediate rider or a beginner on lunge. He enjoys going out on trail rides. He travels and hauls great. Does everything a horse should do and has had lots of experiences in his life and takes everything in stride. Would be happy to teach you what he knows or take you to clinic or schooling shows. He is just a “really handsome good ol boy.” UTD on all vetting May 2019.
