*PLEASE NOTE* SF Deriana will require a rehabilitation period. She was the victim of poor farrier work and was shod long toe/low heel for approximately six months. This eventually caused intermittent lameness. Her shoes were pulled in December and she spent three months barefoot on pasture rest. A new farrier has been hired and she has shoes on again. She needs about 30 days more recovery time before returning to work. A recent prepurchase examination scored her front lameness as 3/5 and 3.5/5, however she has clean X-rays all around - feet, hocks, and stifles.

Deriana needs to be moved before the end of March. The stall is needed to bring in a horse for the Retired Racehorse Project. Reasonable offers or perhaps a breeding lease will be considered.
