Stunning gelding by Sir Donnerhall. This dark bay colt is elegant, has beautiful gaits and enormous charisma. Gentle and smart, he is a quick learner, always focused and very fun to be around.
As a foal this colt won the Los Angeles Breeders Classic (Oldenburg and All breeds). Dam won the mare in foal class at the ATA Convention in Burbank 2008 judged by Olympian Hilda Gurney. German breed magazine DER TRAKEHNER wrote: "the class of the older mares, shown in foal or with foal, was won by the very typey TANZDIVA by Impressionist out of Tariana by Graditz *E*. In competition this very motherly mare was clearly superior in terms of her correct movement and big frame." Tanzdiva previously produced an excellent colt by Trakehner Verband Elite Stallion Cadeau. This four year (2007) old half brother of Samurai is successfully competing in the Young Event Horses series this year and qualified for the West Coast Championships of the 4 year old Event Horses.

Samurai is about 16 hands now and we expect him to mature around 16.1 to 16.2 hands.
