Mr. Cooley, or Sligo, as he’s known in the barn is a 17hh, 2017, Irish Sport Horse, gelding. After being imported from Ireland in 2021, he has been in training with the same professional, for 3-day eventing and dressage. Sligo is an athletic, attractive horse with very smooth gaits. He has a beautiful, elastic jump. He is currently schooling 4th level dressage and has competed through training level eventing and is regularly jumping 1.10 meters at home. He has the scope and athleticism for more, in all disciplines. He could easily be anyone’s horse from dressage, eventing, or show jumping. He can be ridden in a snaffle, is easy to handle on the ground, has been incredibly sound, and is so much fun to train on a daily basis. Regretfully for sale as the owner is pregnant and is taking time off to focus on family.
