Speed Racer or Speedy as we call him is everything you could want in a prospect. He has the personality, confirmation and movement we could all hope for in the color everyone dreams of.

He is sired by our stallion Nox Van Heemstate who was imported in early 2021 from the great Heemstate stud farm in the Netherlands. He is currently the only son of the International Grand Prix Vivaldi son Expression available in North America. Nox himself will be presented for licensing with the KWPN-NA and has successfully had his training level dressage debut in the mid 70s. He has demonstrated an outstanding confident character that he has passed onto his offspring.

Speed Racer’s dam is our lovely mare Iluna who is a granddaughter of the prestatie mare Fair Thee Well who produced 5 Grand Prix horses and 7 FEI horses. Iluna’s first foal is currently being started under saddle and showing an outstanding character and willingness to learn.

Beyond Speedy’s charismatic personality, he spectacular gaits with a lot of power and push from the hind leg in all paces. He also demonstrates spectacular expression and reach in the trot and canter and a lovely over tracking supple walk. He is everything we had hoped for when making this breeding. We expected him to mature around to 16.2 hands with an outstanding personality and FEI quality gaits.
