Springbok very lovely mare with an amazing temperament. She is very level headed and easy to deal with. Spring's temperament, conformation and movement make her an excellent broodmare. We have matched her with a young dutch stallion with her same great personality to produce an outstanding sport horse.

Spring retired from the jumper ring due to an injury to the coffin bone. She is currently sound and does not require shoes if her feet are kept up. She has not been tested under stress of riding, therefore she is only being offered sound as a broodmare. Spring was jumping Level 4 (3'9) when she retired. She also has some dressage experience, showing at the lower levels.

Spring has had one foal previously who is currently in training to event. Spring is Oldenburg NA/ISR approved in the Pre-Mare book. The filly she is currently in foal with is eligible for registration with the KWPN-NA, Register B. She is currently in foal to KWPN stallion Casanova CF (look alike son of Contango, Pref), carrying a filly due June 2011. The foal will be a wonderful jumper or dressage prospect.

Springbok is also offered at a much more reduced price if you are interested in purchasing her without the foal or for lease. If purchased alone, we can work with you to get her back in foal to the stallion of your choosing or we will offer a breeding back to Casanova CF(for the 2012 breeding season).
