Springsteen is an extremely handsome and elegant guy. He competed very successfully through Preliminary with a professional, then was sold to a young rider. She is now in college, so it is time for Springsteen to find his next person. He has been in dressage training for about 9 months and is solid at 3rd level. He has lovely, easy lateral work and has scored 8s on his half passes. He is starting 1/2 steps, pirouette work, and tempis. Springsteen is straightforward to ride with no buck or rear, but he can become anxious at times and will do best with a rider with independent aids and a light seat. While he has been focusing on dressage, there is no reason that Springsteen couldn't resume a career over fences with the right rider. He enjoys hacking out alone or with company.
