SPS San Fernando “Joey” is a lovely 17h, 2008 WB gelding. He is by the fantastic stallion Sagnol (Sandro Hit) and out of a Premium Approved warmblood mare by Deutchmeister (Hanoverian).

Joey is exceptional on the ground, excellent to groom, bath and trailer. He loves attention and is the first to meet you at the gate.

Joey was shown on the line with success as a 3 yr old and was started under saddle at 4. He was in full work up until Jan 2015 at which time his owner wasn’t able to ride due to an accident (not with him). He has been ridden off and on and is fine with rides here and there but needs a job as he has too much talent to sit in the pasture for the occasional ride.

Under saddle Joey was working at first level dressage and has had a small amount of jumping work. He is green over fences but loves it!! He perks right up as soon as he gets to do poles and small fences. For the right person he could make an amazing hunter or derby horse.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person. If you are willing to take him as he is (not in full work) and put some time into him, you will have an amazing partner to continue into the show ring with for a fraction of what he is worth.
