Star Fire is an exceptional 2016 registered Hanoverian gelding standing 17.3 and still growing. This is a horse with no apparent limits – he's schooling all of first level dressage with beautiful gaits and form, demonstrates great scope in free jumping, has an excellent, calm, amateur friendly temperament and clean x-rays.

With his relaxed yet very floaty movement he'll excel as a dressage horse or hunter. He's also shown a great affinity for jumping.

Star Fire's half sister Bellatima came third in the US in 2017 for hanoverian mares doing their performance test.

As a three year old in the fall of 2019 Star Fire was ridden very successfully in clinics with Canadian Olympian Megan Lane and rising Canadian dressage trainer / international competitor Janine Little. Both were impressed with this young horse and Star Fire was very trainable and ridable throughout the clinics in all three gaits.

Star Fire had months of regular, professional ground work training before being professionally started under saddle in the spring of 2019. He focuses strongly on his trainer, striving to please, and maintains this focus for a forty five minute session. After having the winter off Star Fire came back into professional training in spring 2020. He is solid in training level, schooling first level and is physically and mentally ready to begin his career.

Star Fire is very people oriented and always comes to greet his handler and spend time with people. A healthy, sound, kind and brave boy with three exceptional gaits, he'll blossom with his own person.

Dam – EM Diotima
Diotima is an Elite Hanoverian mare (the highest rating for Hanoverian broodmares). Prior to importation from Germany, she received her “1A” prize and gained “SPA” (states premium candidate) status. After producing her first foal in the USA, she completed all requirements to achieve her “EM” status. She embarked on a very successful showing career in hand, winning another “1A” prize and Reserve Grand Champion of the Mid-Atlantic Hanoverian Breeder’s mare show in 2007. In 2008 she showed at Dressage at Devon to place 3rd out of 16 in the Broodmare class with a score of 80.7%, placing just behind Iron Springs Farm’s Rabiola (2006 Grand Champion and 2007 Reserve Grand Champion at Devon) and Hilltop Farm’s Cha Cha (2008 Reserve Grand Champion at Devon) and just ahead of M.Ecloir (Grand Champion at Devon in 2002). In 2008 Diotima ended the year in 5th place for broodmares competing in the US in US Dressage Federation shows. In 2009 at Fairhill I and II she was Champion Mare and Champion Mature Horse at both shows. Diotima’s sire Donnerschlag was a successful Grand Prix competitor, as well as producing many successful Grand Prix horses such as Dr. Snuggles, Don Androsso and Donnerwind.
