Sterling is by the Grand Prix stallion Sansisco, one of Sandro Hit's best sons. Sansisco was Oldenburg dressage stallion of the year in 2009 because of his many wins at advanced level.
Sterling's dam, the imported States premium mare Alisha, has been a wonderful producer for us. She is by Friedensfurst out of a Michelangelo mare.
