Stillwaters aka Savannah is a 2019 Elite Premium GOV filly by Davos CF (Dante Weltino/ Rubinstein/ Argentinus) out of Sonnentanz (Sir Gregory/Espri). She has a very feminine build and is currently 16 hands tall with expectation to grow. She has been started under saddle slowly and has been brought along correctly. She is incredibly sweet and personable in the barn and has the absolute BEST character. This horse is a serious dream to live with. She is barefoot and up to date with everything. Savannah boasts 3 correct and expressive gaits that simply float across the arena. She was introduced to the jump chute and showed serious promise and desire first time through. Although she is still green, she is suitable for an AA or Jr/YR with a trainer. She is a kick type ride with very comfortable gaits to sit.
This past spring, Savannah attended a Young Horse Show where she scored 84.0% in hand and was the highest scoring horse of the show. Recently, she attended her first show under saddle at the National Dressage Pony Cup. She took the World Equestrian Center on in stride with scores reaching 80.7% in her 4 YO Materiale classes. She was also the Overall Reserve Grand Champion of the breed show, winning all of her classes up to that call back consistently scoring 77%+ just under the overall grand champion. Savannah is a push ride type of horse and amazingly didn't need to be lunged a single time at the show!
Her 2020 half sister was co-champion yearling filly for American Hanoverian Society placing WITH the colt from Hilltop. Her 2021 half sister by Rubinero was Grand Champion in hand at her first show out. Her 2022 half brother had top scores at his inspection as well and will be developed by his new owner for dressage. Sonnetanz (dam) was co- reserve champion at the Hanoverian Verband show in Canada and top filly. She was awarded premium with the GOV mare studbook and reserve champion at her mare inspection for American Hanoverian society.
Savannah is currently in foal to Iron Spring farm's young, and up and coming black stallion Kaimen for a 2023 OLD eligible foal. Savannah, and/or her foal are available.
