Registered and approved mare "Lionwood Storming Pride" is being reluctantly offered for sale. Storm is an absolutely stellar mare in every way, but we are getting out of the mare side of breeding and don't need another riding horse.

Storms dam's full brother is the upper level dressage stallion "Lionwood Kinsales Lad" who stands at stud in Ireland. Her grandfather is the famous upper level dressage stallion "O'Leary's Irish Diamond." Storm is saturated with jumper and dressage blood. Her sire is "Harkaway Lionhawk," who also stands in Ireland.

If you want a purebred Irish Draught, but are looking one that was bred to perform and with the talent to perform, Storm is the perfect fit. She is a stellar mover and would excel in dressage, could jump/event, or could be used as a broodmare.

Storm was started in 2014, w/t/c and trail ridden and then used for breeding. She is 100% sound and could easily resume work after her foal is weaned. She has had 3 stunning foals, and would also be a great asset to someone as a broodmare.

She will be available to leave after her foal is weaned around October. After weaning she will be put back into work under saddle and her price WILL increase with training.
