Regina (Gigi) is a large-boned scopey mare with exceptional jumping form, strikingly elegant presence and CHROME; schooling 1.25+ M jumps and basic dressage. Her sire is Alex, imported KWPN out of a Sandokan KWPN mare. Regina is registered American Dutch Harness Horse but is eligible for registration with KWPN. She is 3/4-sister to KWPN Fisher’s Gambler FEI Grand Prix dressage stallion.

Gigi is super-intelligent and engaging, loves new physical & mental challenges, is quiet with a willing work ethic; round, smooth and tidy jumping style; quality walk and trot and a fabulous uphill canter with consistent rhythm and easy adjustability.

Gigi schools on the flat and jumps in simple d-ring snaffle with no martingale. She is currently best suited for 1.0 - 1.35+ M AO/junior hunter equitation, derby and jumpers. She is physically capable in dressage, however she loves to jump and jumps everything with quiet & honest boldness - just point and jump.

Gigi is showing in AO/JR hunter EQ & 1.0+ M jumpers has not placed lower than third in EQ with very good placings in her jumper rounds. She does not touch rails or refuse jumps. Regina is quietly bold & honest. She is starting to recognize & enjoy showing & competing. Regina happily loves her job and is ready to move up levels.

Regina has a regal presence in the barn and the show ring - She really turns heads! She has no vices and fabulous manners - note: no tail swishing in her videos!!! She is quiet and forgiving enough for an advanced beginner but appreciates riders with clear aids who ride with their seat & core & educated hands.

Regina is the perfect horse for the talented rider ready for bigger jumps but wants to gain confidence with a game, ‘steady-eddie’ level-headed mount that does not jump the rider out of the saddle. Gigi does not get flustered when her rider makes mistakes and is a caretaker in tight or messy spots - she simply continues the round in her soft and steady rhythm. This mare is WONDERFUL!!!
