This colt is already showing he has everything it takes to be an absolute top Dressage horse! He has incredible presence and self-confidence, is very friendly and sweet, and LOVES human interaction. He has a beautiful, refined face with a lovely neck, nicely shaped shoulder, and wonderfully uphill conformation. He has long, perfectly straight legs, and a powerful hind end with a quick hind leg.

All 3 gaits are excellent- his walk is clear and swinging, trot is big and lofty with plenty of shoulder freedom and a nice round front leg. His canter is absolutely DREAMY 😍 Uphill, incredible balance, tons of freedom through the shoulder, natural ability to sit, and the hind leg has super reach and articulation. He shows off tons of clean, balanced, beautiful flying changes and pirouettes already! He is definitely channeling his Uncle Glamourdale when he canters!

Talladega is by the exciting young stallion, Louisville HTF. In 2022, at just 5 years old, Louisville had a median score over 74%, he was Reserve Champion for USDF All-Breeds at First Level, Reserve Champion at the USDF Region 1 Finals, made his 2nd Level debut with a score of 73.6%, and was named First Level Champion at the US Dressage Finals. In 2021 at the East Coast NA Stallion Sport Test, Louisville finished 2nd overall, earning scores of 9 for his canter and rideability and an 8.5 for his trot. As a foal in 2017, Louisville also won the Colts of 2017 class as well as the prestigious Dressage at Devon Foal Championship. Louisville HTF is closely related to the sensational Van Olst stallions, Glamourdale (2022 Double-Gold World Champion) and Everdale (2021 Olympic medalist), sharing the same sire (Lord Leatherdale) and also being out of a Grand Prix Negro daughter (Unicum-D).

Talladega is out of our young KWPN mare, O'Canada (Don Deluxe/OO Seven/Roemer). At just 4 years old, this mare is already an incredible addition to our broodmare band. She received a 1st Premium award at her 2019 KWPN Keuring and was named Top Foal. In 2022 she was started under saddle and proved to be a quick study with an excellent temperament, top rideability, and 3 top quality gaits. O'Canada's sire, Don Deluxe (De Niro/Rosario/Feiner Stern) was champion of the 2013 Oldenburg licensing and was subsequently sold to Andreas Helgestrand for 910,000 euros.
In 2015, Don Deluxe was presented at the 35 day stallion test in Denmark. He not only won the test with an impressive score of 894 points, he was also licensed by the Danish breeding committee.

Talladega GS has absolute top bloodlines and gaits for Dressage, and we would love to see him go to a highly motivated Dressage rider with big ring aspirations!
