Touch of Lux, Morrigan, is bound to be a super star in eventing or jumping. She just had her first off property outing at a USEA FEH event in April winning the yearling division on an 80+ and qualifying for Championships at her first show.

Her sire, Derryinver Luxury Cruise ISH by Lux Z out of Icing by Cruising, has over 60 international placings with wins and top 5 placings through 1.5m and has just been imported to North America in 2020. His sire Lux Z has numerous progeny competing internationally at show jumping, dressage and eventing and his dam is a proven producer from the famous traditional Irish Sport Horse show jumping sire Cruising.

Her dam, MFF Touch of Dutch RIDSH is proven producer of capable athletes. The dam sire is a Grade 1 RID stallion that has competed to Intermediate level Eventing in the U.K. Morrigan's dam carries lines descending from King of Diamonds, Ben Purple, Abgar xx and Marco Polo xx. Morrigan's grand dam is by the international grand prix show jumper Malstriker. This combination passes along a solid Irish mind as well as Dutch athleticism.

Morrigan has multiple competitive half siblings out of the same dam:

MFF Touch of Dante IDSH was Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) Best Bred American Horse in 2018 as a 3-year-old as well as winning the 3-year-old jump chute class. He finished 2020 at HITS Ocala winning a 1.15m 5-year-old class and is now with a young rider to start his eventing career.

MFF Demelza Touch IDSH was top 10 at TIEC Young Horse Championships in 2020 in her 2-year-old jump chute class.

Gatsby's Touch of Chrome IDSH finished his 2020 yearling year as USEA FEH Central U.S. Champion Colt and Reserve Champion FEH Yearling as well as IDHSNA Champion In-Hand Yearling. He repeated his winning in 2021 as a two-year-old as Central U.S. Reserve Champion Colt and Overall FEH Reserve Champion with a score that ranks him 3rd nationally.

Morrigan was born April 11, 2021 has been handled daily and currently works in hand, on the lunge line, ties, loads and stands for the farrier. She lives both in a stall and out in pasture without issue. Her dam is 15.2 and her sire 16.2. She currently stands 15 hands as a yearling so she is expected to mature to at least 16-16.2 as the dam tends to throw the size of the sire.

Morrigan's IDHSNA registration is complete, she is microchipped and ready to go. Her training will continue with the USEA FEH program until sold.
