Tournesol is a true athlete, with expressive balanced gaits. She is powerful and correct in her movement with a quick hind leg and lots of reach in the front. She approaches life in a confident manner, with an easy to handle nature all around. She has had regular handling since birth, including scheduled farrier care and veterinary care. She leads, loads and is very easy to catch. She currently lives in a group of youngsters, but is not fussed when separated. Tournesol or “Sunny” is ready for a new home and life as a true partner in sport.
Sunny is sired by Tramino who is a proven Rheinlander sire, with successful progeny in all rings. Tramino competed successfully in FEI dressage and was sound to an older age. Her dam is a substantial thoroughbred of superb type, a mare who is a granddaughter of Seattle Slew.
Sunny has movement for the dressage ring, and athletic ability to spare for eventing or hunter/jumper.
