"Sunny" is an exceptional registered Hanoverian gelding, foaled April 12, 2023. He is by Utopie "Combina", international show jumper with 1.60 meter success and proven Grand Prix offspring, and out of Rubignona R (Rubignon/Escudo II).

Sunny's pedigree is world class. His dam sire, Rubignon, was listed for the Swedish Dressage team in 2008 and 2009, has seventeen Grand Prix wins and placings, has produced Grand Prix offspring, and is known for his amateur friendly, talented, and rideable offspring. His dam's dam sire Escudo II is in the Hanoverian Jumper Breeding Program and has the highest breed value for type of any Hanoverian jumper stallion (151 for type and 134 for conformation). Escudo II's sire, Espri, was 1995 Stallion of the Year, and has produced 58 Grand Prix offspring (8 dressage and 50 jumping).

Sunny's sire, Utopie "Combina" had a fantastic Grand Prix jumping career, retiring sound. His sire, grand sire, dam, and grand dam all had Grand Prix jumping careers and produced multiple international jumper offspring. Utopie offspring are jumping at Grand Prix and ranking him as a top producer.
