"Effie" is an exceptional registered Oldenburg filly, foaled May 12, 2023. She is by Utopie "Combina", international show jumper with 1.60 meter success and proven Grand Prix offspring, and out of Penache (Freestyle/Lynx).

Effie's pedigree is unbeatable. Her dam, Penache, is a premium Oldenburg mare who attained the second highest score on the West Coast during her 2020 inspection, attaining two stars. Penache competed successfully through third level dressage. Penache's sire Freestyle is a Class I stallion and was named Premium stallion at his licensing based on his impressive results. At the 100-day Performance test at Prussendorf he was awarded a perfect 10 for character and a 9 for temperament. In dressage he received a 9.33 for rideability, and to showcase his versatile talents, he obtained a 7th place finish in jumping with a score of 8 for jumping ability.

Effie's sire, Utopie "Combina" had a fantastic Grand Prix jumping career, retiring sound. His sire, grand sire, dam, and grand dam all had Grand Prix jumping careers and produced multiple international jumper offspring. Utopie offspring are jumping at Grand Prix and ranking him as a top producer.

Effie is a naturally uphill mover with incredible suspension and elasticity to her gaits. She has a quiet and friendly nature that is a joy to work with. This special filly has the breeding, build, and brain to reach the upper levels in a myriad of disciplines, especially show jumping or dressage. Her full sibling from 2021 was purchased to become an upper level eventer, and will be started later this year to begin his career. He has already shown incredible promise, and has jumped over 4' from a standstill. Effie is expected to mature 16.2+ hands.
