Sporthorse Seekers!
Well bred colt ideal for endurance/eventing/dressage! Super bone structure and balance from an early age and also very inquisitive, independent, and brave. "Uno" was foaled in early April 2023. His gaits are expressive and has a particularly good hind end, capable of reaching under and collecting. I searched a LONG number of years to find an Arabian broodmare with a quality hind end for dressage/sporthorse. She is in foal to a Trakehner stallion for 2024.
Uno is a dark/liver chestnut with rabicano Markings, 4 white socks and a star/stripe, and snip. Will mature large for an Arabian, string tests to 15.3h.
Pedigree:
Sire Wild Card brings in the French bred Mangante, Akbar, Akim De Ducor.
Dam Kentucky Tiki brings in Sambor, KonTiki, and Burning Sand. Several of Tiki's foals have gone into successful endurance careers, including one exported to Japan.
Uno was born and raised on our Warmblood breeding farm on 50 acres in NE Indiana. Foals in our program receive trims every 4 weeks beginning at 3-4 weeks, lots of handling, haltering, leading and bathing. At the same time, they are out with their dams and a small mixed herd on hilly pastures. They come into stalls for a few hours a day for grain/vitamins and a quiet nap. We use Ultium Growth feed, supplemental vit E and Omega 3s. Breeders for over 13 years with 1-3 foals annually.
