Angelina started riding horses at the age of 4 in Bloomfield Hills, MI. She started out showing in the hunters and equitation at the age of 11. When she was 17, she transitioned into the jumper ring with her horse Illuminate. She competed all over the country including Great Lakes Equestrian Festival (at the time known as Horse Shows by the Bay), the Kentucky Horse Park, HITS Ocala, and Tryon International Equestrian Center. After high school, Angelina moved to Savannah, GA to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design. There she studied both Equine Studies and Photography and joined their world renowned Equestrian Team. After SCAD, she moved to Arizona to be closer to her parents who spend the winters here. Her main priority over the years has been buying, training, and selling young horses. Her passion has always been to help horses and riders improve and become the best version of themselves. Over the years of competing in the equitation, Angelina developed a love for dressage as well. She found that a dressage foundation helps every single horse who comes through the barn no matter which discipline they eventually find themselves in. In 2019 Angelina decided to turn her passion into her business and started Talvidar Farm. She hopes to bring her knowledge of dressage and hunter/jumpers together to give horses and riders a leg up in their chosen discipline.
