Oryead (KWPN Reg A), the young stallion out of Gallup WF (currently competing at 1.60m) is a grandsire of the famous KWPN stallion Hickstead. He has sired 2 beautiful fillies in 2023 (see photos).

Oryead’s dam line is equally impressive. Uleeuwa competed to 1.45m, and shares Nimmerdor and Voltaire lines. Uleeuwa’s babies are loving, smart, and trainable. They all share her amazing jumping style with an impressive bascule and tight knees. They are amateur friendly rides, with great personalities.

Oryead’s half-sister (from the same Dam), Maleeuwa, is currently competing at 1.10m as a 6 year old with an amateur. Oryead was started as a 3-year-old, and has demonstrated a kind and easy-going personality, with an eagerness to work and learn. He is an easy-to-handle stallion, who likes to hang out with his rider.

Mon Amie (Amy) is a Canadian Sport Horse (registration pending), and her lines also contains strong KWPN lineage. Her sire is by Odilon and her dam is out of Ikoon.

The foal will be eligible for registration as Canadian Sport Horse or Canadian Warmblood.

Due date is mid-late May 2024. Expected height 16.2-16.3 HH.

Deposit required with final payment at pickup.

Foal price includes board for foal up to 60 days post weaning, and weaning will be guided by our veterinarian depending on growth and personality. We employ a gentle cross-fence weaning technique to minimize stress for mom and baby. The foal will spend its first few months with several other broodmare-foal pairs in a large grass field.
