Verano is a 12 year old Imported Dutch warmblood gelding. He is a horse with great gaits and a personality to die for. He is very laidback but not hot or lazy and super safe. Eye catcher is the least one can say about his true beauty. He is one of the most bombproof quality dressage horses you could imagine, and that really makes him a perfect JR/YR, Adult Amateur horse.

Since he was 4 years old to the time he was 8 years old Verano took the route of a successful jumping career. At the age of 8 he got turned into a dressage horse and is now at the stage where he can take his new rider successfully in both directions.

Throughout his show career Verano has earned remarkable marks from respected judges for his gaits. These judges marked on the protocol’s nines for gaits. His extended walk has received up to 10’s and his extended trot 9’s. Verano’s is currently being shown FEI Juniors and has been British Columbia Dressage Champion in 2007, 2008, and 2009. When he won the British Columbia Dressage Champion in 2008 it was only his second time showing FEI Juniors. On horse shows Verano will give a full 100% and is very willing to please. He has definitely not reached his limit yet and will continue on developing into a bigger champion than he already is. Verano is a good jumper and very calm on trail rides. He truly enjoys having his work switch up and can be left of work for weeks and be safe to get on without lunging.

Verano walks on the trailer himself and clipping and bathing are no problem. He has no vices and is 100% healthy and sound.
