Wapita or “CeCe” is a horse with a lot of talent wrapped up in a small package. She has 3 very nice gaits, and rides much bigger than 15.1. She is perfect for a young rider or adult amateur ready to move up the levels and go to the show ring. Right now CeCe is a first/schooling second level horse, with plenty of talent and trainability to do more. CeCe is the best kind of sensitive. She is not hot, she is ready to listen to your half halt just as much as she is ready to listen to your forward aids.
