Videos added!!! Quality S/C line cross PREMIUM approved Holsteiner broodmare offered for sale. By Calme'(E) (Calypso I/Cor de la Breyere) out of a Solid Silver mare. She delivered a fancy colt in May with a quick, easy birth. She has been a great mom. She is confirmed her in foal to Cunningham (http://www.cunningham-stallion.com) so she is due for an early June 2015 foal.

Windarra received 47 bonits and was champion of her site at the Holsteiner approvals. She is a very stunning mare and really gets noticed. She can be slightly unsound some days due to scar tissue on a hock so she is being sold as a broodmare only--otherwise very healthy!

Her full brothers (one pictured in photo 7) have been successful jumpers including competing on the winter circuit in Florida.

Windarra is super personable and friendly. She loves water, stands for the farrier and is a pleasant mare to be around. She lives outdoors or in a stall, gets along with other horses, and is just a very nice mare! She trailers and travels very well. I bred and raised her, but life changes are forcing me to get out of the breeding business. So, sadly, she is for sale. She caught in foal first try for both her 2014 and 2015 foal.

The foal she is expecting should be a great cross, and is being bred looking toward an amateur hunter. Windarra's dam was a hunter, then a broodmare for me, then went back to packing around kids on the hunter course at over 20 years of age. They loved her but have finally retired her to pasture life in Colorado. She doesn't look her age!

Cunningham, of course, has been very successful with his owner at the 4' hunters, and has many offspring in that arena and in the jumpers. Cunningham (Cassini I x Contendor) is a 17.1h imported stallion. , with a very impressive pedigree and temperament. His offspring move well, Windarra moves well, and her 2014 foal is also a winner in movement. Cunningham is known to give a sweet temperament so this baby should be a really great one!
