Rocky Mountain House; Entry; was Placed 3rd out of 35 riders after dressage, had one rail in Stadium.
Topline Stables Salmon Arm Event; Entry placed 3rd with his first double clear round in Stadium and Cross Country.
South Peace Horse Trials, Grande Prairie; a 3 day clinic with Robin Hahn (Was in a group of various levels from entry – Prelim. Was practicing some Prelim/ Training Fences [3’0 -3’9]), Was First after Dressage and Stadium (double clear round).
Alhambra Fall Event, Red Deer; Entry Level; Double clear in Stadium and Cross country, Overall placed 5th.

Wolkenair is a very inquisitive, unique and loving horse. Over the past 6 months this horse has overcome leaps and bounds. From the very first day of working with him, his unwillingness/ uninterested outlook on performing in the ring; was heartbreaking. After a few months of field work, cross country and cross training; he eventual regained and learned to trust again. Work to him became interesting, challenging and enjoyable again; which in its self was very gratifying to see. With every show experience, clinic and training session Wolkenair started to become more confident with him -self; which has proven that sky’s the limit for his potential. He is very smart, can be a difficult/ frustrating ride at times. But has a new willingness to learn, and to try his very best in whatever comes his way. He is very versatile; i.e. 4 hour trail ride through Golden Ears Provincial Park, trying to swim in the lake, to the calm laid back personality at shows, and new places. He still needs a lot more work/ experience but with time I do believe he will be great in whatever discipline his rider chooses to take him in. Being a Orphan foal, Wolkenair still has a lot more to learn with ground manners but overall he just would like to be loved for his corky/ funny behavior.
