Wristow is a 2009, 17 hand, Oldenburg gelding by Weltstern out of double premium mare, Fantine (by Fascination). Wristow has personality plus, exceptional talent, and lots of show miles up and down the East Coast from Wellington, Florida to Saugerties, New York. He has carefully and successfully been developed to Prix St. Georges with ease, as proven by his consistent show record and incredible work ethic.

Wristow has inherited his sire, Weltstern’s (by Welt As, sire to Anky's Bonfire) tractable personality and three expressive gaits, as well as his grandsire Fascination’s athleticism and extraordinary work ethic. These traits are illustrated in his daily work- both at home and away. Wristow consistently and easily goes in either the snaffle or double bridle. He has competed at the Prix St Georges with scores into the 60s. He is schooling the I1 and shows much promise as an up and coming FEI horse.

Wristow’s adult amateur rider bred, raised, and carefully trained this exceptional gelding. After achieving their USDF Silver Medal, Wristow is offered for sale as his owner is looking to focus on his up-and-coming young horse. Wristow is sound, an easy ride, and has great ground manners. He clips, bathes, hacks, ships, and shows calmly.
