ISO Fox Hunter, Trail Horse

Hello.

My name is Meredith and I am searching for a second horse.

I am learning to foxhunt (second field currently), starting to school dressage, and enjoy trail riding. I am not a show home. 

I need a horse with a good brain, not hot, with brakes, and seasoned / not very green.  I am told I have quiet hands.

Budget is $20k.
