He is happy and enthusiastic undersaddle with a great work ethic and is eager to please his rider and learn new things and gives a safe feel. Tournesol is a true athlete, with expressive balanced gaits. She is powerful and correct in her movement with a quick hind leg and lots of reach in the front. She approaches life in a confident manner, with an easy to handle nature all around. She has had regular handling since birth, including scheduled farrier care and veterinary care. She leads, loads and is very easy to catch. She currently lives in a group of youngsters, but is not fussed when separated. Prior to me owning her she did not have a lot of formal education as was mostly used as a broodmare and was ridden only a tiny bit, and mostly just bareback in a halter. She is quiet and not spooky at all. She has super comfortable gaits. She is barefoot with great feet. She is always super happy to work and seems to enjoy going into the arena each day. I think she would do great also in cowboy dressage or working equitation.
