Here is a beautiful friendly gelding, sired by the incomparable Maurus. He is one HECK of an INCREDIBLE mover!!
Beautiful uphill conformation, long mane, uncomplicated, great ground manners.

Maestro is a top international prospect with the all the qualities necessary to be highly competitive from young horse classes to Grand Prix.

He has already been shown successfully at first level with all of his scores in the 70's. He is highly trainable and finds lateral work easy and shows talent for collection and piaffe and passage. In addition he also has extensive experience on trails and in the field.

His sire Johnson was on the Dutch olympic team and currently ranks number 1 as the sire of the most international Grand Prix horses.

This 2022 foal is by Gaudi and is out of Schoneslicht (Sternlicht) and was carried by a surrogate (Lucille). Gaudi is unshown due to an injury but is the only North American based son of Totilas:
"...who was considered to be one of the most outstanding competitive dressage horses in the world, the first horse to score above 90 in dressage competition,[2] and the former holder of the world record for the highest dressage score in Grand Prix Freestyle Dressage."

Retsami is a 2015 gelding by Rosenthal; he is 16-16.1h, attractive dark bay with 4 whites, lovely character on and off property. Schooling 2nd and showing 1st level with three good gaits and a pleasant attitude. He is well suited to life with an AA or JR. No health problems in the 2+ years he has been here. Excellent feet--no shoes needed, loves turnout, gets along well with other horses in the field. Lovely jumper as well--could event or cross into the h/j world. This 4yo is an old soul in a young body. Gordon loves to please and be with people, 1 year under saddle he is ready to show First Level dressage. Very easy to handle with incredibly comfortable gaits including a super canter and walk. Willing and happy to trailer off property to trail rides or horse shows. He will make someone very happy and could be brought along by a competent adult amateur. Good for farrier, vet, good to trailer, etc. Absolutely no vices or health issues.
