Delightful and fun PORTLAND L X SILBERFIEL 2017 warmblood mare ready for third level! Penny has been developed by her amateur owner since age 4 and reflects the care and attention that has been poured into her. She is schooling all the lateral work and transitions for third level confidently and is also consistently performing clean flying changes. She is exceptionally smooth and easy to sit, and is attentive to the aids. With another few months confirmation of the changes she should be ready to go 4th level +.
