Martin has been a successful show jumper who now prefers the dressage life. He is quiet, not spooky, and uncomplicated. He has loads of show experience in the jumpers and is currently schooling first level and some second level movements. He would be excellent for someone on a budget who is looking for a quiet partner to move up the levels. He has no vices and no soundness or health issues.

AA Friendly. 8 yr old, registered. 17 hands. Huge mover with 3 beautiful, flowy and very comfy gaits, easy to ride - light on aids and hands. Uphill and naturally balanced. Goes in a French link eggbutt. Sound and clean legs. Sensible but not sensitive. Safe. Doing 2nd level right now and schooling 3rd level. He was started as a 4 yr old then put back in field w herd until 7 yr, no fault to him -owner had no time. He likes to be ridden and worked but not drilled. You need to diversify with him; Cavaletti, Trail rides, and ring work or else he gets dull.

Phoenix is a 16.3 hh. gelding with three lovely gaits, who would excel in any discipline, i.e. dressage, hunters, jumpers or eventing. Purchased as a yearling, he has been owned by the same person his entire life. Phoenix was bred to jump; his sire is the famous KWPN Stallion Richard, who was a successful Grand Prix jumper. He was well started and ridden as a youngster, but then sat for some time due to no fault of his own. He was recently put back to work, after his owner made the difficult decision to sell him.

Sire: Silver Twist by the world famous Abdullah, who with Conrad Homfield helped the US clinch the gold at the 1984 Olympics, as well as winning the individual silver. Damsire, Good Twist was the sire of the famous Gem Twist, who with Greg Best had great success at GP and notably at the Seoul Olympics as part of the silver medal winning US team.
