Elessar is a 2009 bay 16.2h gelding by Riverman ISF out of a Consul mare. He was started at 4 and a half for a client in the fall of 2013, purchased from that person, who had raised him from a foal, and began showing at Training level as a 5 year old in 2014, and then at Training and First levels in 2015. His medians at both levels were in the low 70s and all scores fell between a 65 and 77 percent, including at Regional Championships where he placed high in big competitive open classes.
