North Hill Farm is pleased to offer for your consideration this fancy Checkmate filly out of our super producing mare Romancing Rio (Rio Grande/Duerkheim/Trautmann). Landry is a lovely mover with elastic and floaty movement and a flat knee. She also uses her hind end very well, naturally stepping underneath herself. She will be a top contender in any hack. She has a very quiet disposition as all of Romancing Rio's babies have had. She also has a terrific pedigree for jumping and we expect her to be scopey with classic hunter form.

Jezebel S. E., a 2014 filly by Everdale (Lord Sinclair x Negro) and out of Showbiz (Jazz x Natuur). Jezebel S. E. got her First Premium at the ISF Keuring in 2014 with a 74 on movement and a 72 on conformation (yes, she was butt-high!). This filly has the movement and temperament to be an international prospect, as well as the bloodlines to be an incredible producer of international quality youngsters.

*** Under Contract *** Dor L’Dor (“Dora”) is a beautiful 2011 black Hanoverian Mare with dressage potential and exceptional temperament. Her registered name means “generation to generation” which aptly fits her pedigree. Her sire, Dacaprio, won several under saddle championships as a young stallion in Germany with scores to 8.9 including scores of 8.5 for his canter and scores of 9 for his walk, trot, rideability and conformation. He is known for producing modern elegant and rideable offspring.

Song of the South HVH (barn name "Feather") is a 16.2H dark brown 2011 Hanoverian gelding being offered as a project horse. He has schooled to dressage 2nd Level, enjoys going over a cross rail and is a seasoned trail master suitable for an older, younger or amateur rider. Although he has extremely nice walk and trot work, Feather developed some anxiety in his upward canter transitions a few years ago due to an overly harsh trainer. Canter is fine with a lighter contact and less weight in the seat.

Kerry Blue B bred by Bannockburn Farm was the nationally BWP yearling futurity winner and placed 2nd in the 2yo futurity the following year. She has continued to excel as she started her show career in 2014. Her trainer stated that "she was one of the easiest 4 year olds he has ever ridden at their first show". With her style and movement she will excel in any discipline. She has been described as willing and careful. She will continue to show with the plan of the 5yo young jumpers in 2015. Her price subject to change with more training.
